Registration and applicant area
Information about data handling within a registered (client) area/login – Please note: Usage profiles using real names are only permitted with consent.
Restricted area
Applicant account: if you would like to use the service of this web application, you need to register beforehand.
We process your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. a GDPR based on your consent. In this case, we process your data to support and systematize your personal job search and application activities. Only data necessary for the use of the services offered in a personal applicant account is collected here. The following data, if you choose to provide it, will be processed. There are both mandatory data (marked as such) and optional data: login details (username and password), master data incl. contact data (e.g. last name, first name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, mobile phone number), data on career counseling as well as integration into work (CV, proof of degrees, etc., information about knowledge and skills, driver's license, qualifications, general conditions such as mobility and availability, data on job offers, job applications and, if applicable, feedback from employers, entries from the portal's own calendar and notebook), public employer data. These data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
Consultant account: the lawfulness of the processing is given by Art. 6 para. 1 p. b GDPR – performance of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the potential clients of Jobcenter Consulting GmbH. In this case, we process your data to enable potential clients of Jobcenter Consulting GmbH to test the functionalities of the consultant account. After the conclusion of the contract, a new separate web application is implemented, where the client of Jobcenter Consulting GmbH becomes the responsible party in the sense of the GDPR. Only data necessary for the use of the services offered in a personal test consultant account is collected here, e.g. login details (username and password), contact details (such as salutation, name, email address, company name, postal address, and telephone number), job advertisements, СRM data, communication data, appointment calendar data. These data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
Company account: the lawfulness of the processing is given by Art. 6 para. 1 p. a GDPR – consent. In this case, we process your data for support and systematization of the personnel search and job management. Only data necessary for the use of the services offered in a personal company account is collected here, e.g. login details (username and password), contact details (email address), information about a company (company name, industry, etc.), job advertisements, communication data. These data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
Adding a CV
By registering for a user account and adding a CV, you allow interested companies to contact you (you are still anonymous). A personal message box available in your user account allows companies to leave you a message, possibly via an intermediary. Since you can determine at any time on your own, which and how detailed anonymous data (i.e. without the name, address, telephone number, fax number, or email) you provide in your CV, you can also decide, for example, whether the names of employers should be included. It is up to you whether you want to reveal your identity to an interested company upon a message.
Optional visibility of application profile in the entire Jobnetzwerk
The CV assistant for creating/editing the applicant profile contains a checkbox that allows the applicant profile to be made visible without displaying your contact details, in addition to this portal, in other partner portals of Jobnetzwerk (www.jobnetzwerk.de) when it is activated, in other languages as well. Advantages: increased range of employer requests from the entire Jobnetzwerk with full protection of personal data. Deactivation in this portal automatically means that the applicant profile is also deactivated in all other partner portals of Jobnetzwerk and can no longer be accessed there. Data is expressly not transferred to third parties as a result of this visibility within the entire Jobnetzwerk. This means that you always have full control over your own profile data.
Applying for a job advertisement via an application form
If you apply online in response to an ad, there are several options: often, you will be forwarded directly to the company's website, where there is an option to apply online. However, in some cases, you will receive one of the application forms. Here, personal data will be entered according to your CV and sent to the company by email via a corresponding button or stored in a database and made available to the company in this way. Regardless of which form you find in response to an ad, by filling it out you only apply for the job posted, and your data is made available only to the potential employer posting the job ad there.
In addition, we process your master data incl. contact data on this basis (e.g. client number, BG (benefit community) number, last name, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, username, and password), data on career counseling as well as placement/integration in work (CV, proof of degrees, etc., information on knowledge and skills, driver's license, qualification, general conditions such as mobility, data based on the commissioning of third parties such as measure providers, documentation of client contacts, data on job offers, job applications, and feedback from employers, if applicable), public employer data, service data of the job agents or case managers/coaches.
You can change or delete your profile within the account at any time. The data will then be automatically removed from our system immediately, provided that there are no retention periods or the data is not still required in individual cases (for example, in the case of outstanding claims for the collection of claims).
Newsletter
We offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter on our website. If you have given us special consent to inform you on a daily basis by email about jobs that are suitable for you, the corresponding processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 p. a GDPR. However, this is also only permissible based on consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out so far. If consent is revoked, we will stop the corresponding data processing.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time, e.g. by sending an email to hotline@jobnetzwerk.de or by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter email.

However, through the use of Google Maps, to the best of our knowledge, information about your use (in particular the IP address of your computer) can be transferred to a server of Google Ireland Limited in the USA and stored there. The processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies and your IP address is done on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 p. f) GDPR in the interest of making our website as optimal as possible for you. We do not influence the further processing of data by Google Limited Ireland.

You can give corresponding approval for this when editing your data. If you have made your applicant profile visible in the entire Jobnetzwerk, other participants can view your data in the Jobnetzwerk. Data is expressly not transferred to third parties due to this visibility within the entire Jobnetzwerk. Therefore, you always have full control over your profile data. You can decide anytime what data or whether your data should be published by us via the Internet or passed on to third parties (employers, intermediaries). We will not pass on your data to third parties for purposes of advertising, market research, or the like under any circumstances.
Recommending jobs and applicant profiles to others
If you would like to recommend jobs or applicant profiles to others, you can use our online form for this purpose. In this case, we collect your email address, the message, and the email address of the recipient(s). This is used exclusively for addressing and delivering the email. In the event of abuse committed by the recommending person by sending unsolicited emails (spam) or emails with criminal content of which the recipient notifies us, we will also use this data to prosecute criminal offenses and liability claims. Please do not use this function if the recipient does not wish to receive emails.
Links to other websites
You have access to jobs offered by third parties in the public area and extended in the applicant account. These are loaded directly from the respective provider's server when you open them.
