Method and Procedure
The consulting procedure usually follows the steps analysis, research, selection, presentation and completion. We use all channels agreed with you for the search: active sourcing, job ads, databases, and recommendations. Analysis and presentation usually take place on your premises.

Fees and Trial Period Warranty
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the target income of the position or as an agreed lump sum according to project progress: 1/3 when commissioned, 1/3 at the presentation of three applicants, and 1/3 when signing the employment contract. A 100% probationary guarantee means: we will fill the position once free of charge if the employment relationship ends within six months, regardless of the reason for it.
