BALANGA CITY, Bataan - A total of 150 former jobless individuals in the province were benefitted from the Department of Labor and Employment's (DOLE's) "NegoKart" program. The latest beneficiary was a former overseas Filipino worker who professed that he became a "balik-tambay" but is now sending his children to school with the help of a small vending business, called NegoKart." Newsmen learned that Jerome Dabu from Dinalupihan town is one of the 150 new beneficiaries provided with various livelihood projects under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program in Bataan who expressed gratitude for the Informal Sector held at Crown Royale Hotel in this city.
