BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental (PNA) - The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 6 will tie-up with the Ceres Bus Liner (CBL) Negros Occidental Contractors Group in promoting key programs on safety and other labor standards. DOLE Regional Director Ponciano Ligutom said the agency is set to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CBL’s contractors group on May 21 here. The transport contractors group will act as “intermediaries” or professionals that will help promote DOLE’s programs and facilitate employment at the same time.
