Talent2, one of the leading HR BPO organizations in Asia Pacific, has expanded on its extensive experience in the Philippines by opening a new, 500-seat, state-of-the-art Shared Service Center (SSC) that will be the central hub for its Asia Pacific operations.
The new centre in Manila cements Talent2 as the leading HR BPO provider, establishing a core centre in Asia Pacific for Asia Pacific clients.
The SSC provides next generation facilities to allow the top talent working in the new centre to deliver exceptional service and support to local and global clients. The centre reinforces Talent2’s ongoing development of innovative, market leading HR BPO technology and service delivery, as well as supporting its expansion and focus on the fast-growing Asia Pacific region.
To mark the importance of the centre to Talent2 and the Philippines, the centre will officially be opened today by Undersecretary Adrian Cristobal of Department of Trade and Industries, Philippines and Talent2 Group Chief Executive Officer, John Rawlinson.
Having had a presence in the Philippines for close to a decade, and as a member of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) supporting the growth of the BPO industry in the country, Talent2 has leveraged its experience to launch a truly next generation service centre in the region.
