Tacloban City, Leyte (PIA) - The National Maritime Polytechnic in Region 8 (NMP-8) will replicate the Department of Labor and Employment Service Office (PESO) program to ensure that present and future graduates will have jobs after they graduate. Atty. Forter G. Puguon Sr., officer-in-charge (OIC) executive director of NMP, said a memorandum of agreement (MOA) has been signed with the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) to establish and implement the PESO program early part of this year to ensure NMP graduates' landing suitable job either with the domestic or foreign employer, particularly seafarers.
