Maasin City, Southern Leyte (PIA) – A comprehensive listing of manpower skills available in every barangay in this city will soon be seen in just a click, a visionary move that the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) in Region 8, along with the province’s Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and local government units here wanted to realize and put into practical use. “The Skills Registry System (SRS) can be used as an employment facilitation center,” said DoLE Regional Director Forter Poguon.
