ZAMBOANGA CITY (PNA) — The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has allocated P30-million budget for the implementation of the Summer Program for Employment of Students (SPES) this year here in the region. DOLE Zamboanga Peninsula Director Sisinio Cano said this year’s SPES will benefit at least 11,985 college and secondary students in this region. Cano’s office covers the cities of Dapitan, Dipolog, Isabela, Pagadian and Zamboanga and the provinces of Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay and Zamboanga del Sur.
