CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The Region-10 office of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE-10) will be hosting a twin event – soft opening of its new building, and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the local government units (LGUs), in line with the effort to link the operation of the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) to DOLE’s National Skills Registry System (NSRS). “The LGUs involved have established PESO in their locality to realize the objectives of the local government to deliver quality employment to its constituents,” DOLE-10 Director Allan Macaraya said.
