CEBU CITY – A newly-formed labor organization, which claimed to have more than 2,000 members, said the other day that it was filling a petition to increase the minimum daily wage by P132 at the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 7. The Living Wage Coalition Cebu, a coalition of 50 labor groups in Cebu and Central Visayas, was formed after labor leaders said their voices could become stronger if all labor unions and federations will come together. Included in the coalition is the Cebu of the Alliance of Progressive Labor (APL).
