SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — Labor Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz urged the close linking of the industry with schools to ensure that curriculums enhance the employability of graduates to further address the problem of job mismatch in the country. Baldoz made her announcement at the first-ever Ilocos regional career advocacy congress held in Dagupan City last September 18-19. “We want the education and training system throughout the country closely linked and aligned with the growing industries,” she said.
