ORMOC CITY (PNA) – More productive skilled workers are anticipated to immerse in actual employment with the government’s Cash-for-Training Project (C4TP) implemented by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). TESDA Leyte provincial director Loreta D. Banario is hopeful that the program recipients will soon come out very productive as they use their acquired skills endowed to them by the national government for free, including assessment fee. In this city, 319 tech-voc scholars from Leyte’s 4th District enrolled in various training centers receive their certificates this August, after completing the required number of training hours.
