Clark Freeport, Pampanga — Business establishments inside this premier Freeport will start to hire persons with disabilities (PWDs) and members of the Indigenous People (IP) communities, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) announced Wednesday. CDC President Arthur P. Tugade met with human resources managers of top employers inside the Freeport to consider the hiring of PWDs and IPs as something “that comes from the heart” and not as a requirement or imposition. Tugade asked locators and investors of the Clark Freeport “to go the extra mile” when hiring PWDs and IPs.
