City Of San Fernando, Pampanga — A special desk program has been launched recently at the Lingkod Pinoy Center of Robinsons Star Mills here to cater to the needs of jobless people in the province. The Specialista Desk Program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is “the first in the entire archipelago”, according TESDA Secretary Joel Villanueva. The setting up of special desks, he added was part of the partnership between TESDA and Robinsons Land Corporation, which signed a memorandum of agreement last May 20.
