TUBOD, Lanao del Norte Three towns in Lanao del Norte are set to benefit from a learning, livelihood, and employment assistance program. The assistance came from the Alternative Learning, Livelihood, and Employment Assistance Program (ALLEAP) of Job1 Global, Inc., 2nd Congressional District of Lanao del Norte, and the provincial government. The three towns to benefit from the program were named as Kapatagan, Lala, and Salvador. Under the program, learners will undergo an intensive 10-month computer- based training to enable them to gain the basic knowledge normally provided by a six-year elementary or four year secondary education.
