Dagupan City, Pangasinan – at least 13 associations from the province of Pangasinan benefitted from capital assistance amounting to P1.43 million from the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DoLE’s) regional office. The livelihood assistance from DoLE’s “Kabuhayan Program” will be used for the establishment or enhancement of farming supplies stores which will be managed by the beneficiaries from the towns of Sta. Maria, Umingan and Rosales.
