AI/Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d)

Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Be part of our global Data & AI team and actively contribute to our AI initiatives 

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions

  • Build and integrate robust APIs for AI service deployment 

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models from conceptualization to production using established software development standards

  • Establish and maintain Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models 

  • Monitor, maintain and optimise model performance in production environments

 

You are just right for this role if

  • You possess strong ML Engineering skills, including model development, training and optimization 

  • You have experience with LLM frameworks (e.g. Langchain) and RAG implementations 

  • You're interested in building and deploying AI agents and automated systems 

  • You’re interested in prompt engineering and LLM optimization 

  • You're skilled in API development and integration

  • You're experienced with Ops tools and practices (Mosaic, MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines e.g. Gitlab) 

  • Ideally, you already have hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and modelling

  • You want to stay current with the latest developments in AI and ML technologies 

  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • You can work effectively in a team environment

  • You have excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with a global team
