Project Manager AI/ML

The Project Manager for AI/ML Initiatives will oversee the planning, execution, and
successful delivery of AI-driven projects within the LeadX 360 Pragma platform. This
role requires experience in managing complex AI/ML projects, coordinating cross-
functional teams, and ensuring that project milestones align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, DevOps, and
stakeholders to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with company
goals.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Strategy  Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for AI/ML initiatives within LeadX 360 Pragma.  Develop project timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources to ensure efficient project execution.  Work closely with the leadership tea and CTO Office to align AI/ML projects with the broader business strategy and product roadmap. 2. Cross-functional Coordination  Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project execution.  Serve as the main point of contact between the AI/ML project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and communicating any changes to project scope or timelines. 3. Risk Management and Issue Resolution  Identify, assess, and manage project risks and potential roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.

 Proactively address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes. 4. Resource Management  Work with department heads to secure necessary resources and manage resource allocation effectively across multiple projects.  Balance workload distribution within the project team, ensuring optimal utilization of each team member's skills and expertise. 5. Budgeting and Financial Oversight  Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.  Track project expenses, provide regular budget updates to stakeholders, and implement cost-saving measures as necessary. 6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting  Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are met according to the project schedule.  Create detailed project reports, including performance metrics, milestone achievements, and status updates, and communicate these to stakeholders regularly. 7. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement  Oversee quality assurance practices to ensure that AI/ML deliverables meet company standards and stakeholder expectations.  Lead project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, incorporating feedback into future projects.

Ideal Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.  Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within AI/ML or software development environments. Technical Skills: o Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows, with an understanding of data science processes. o Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). o Strong understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning.  Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross- functional teams and stakeholders. o Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. o Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
