LeadX Software GmbH is seeking a visionary Chief Architect to lead our AI and ML initiatives. In this role, you will define our technical strategy and integrate innovative, data-driven features into our established ReactJS and NodeJS system. Serving as the primary liaison between the CEO, CTO office, our Austria-based  team, and a skilled engineering group, you will shape the system architecture and drive the evolution of our products. As The Chief Architect, you will work closely with the LeadX 360 Pragma CTO and CTO Office to brainstorm, design, refine, and validate the architecture, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and use case requirements. With 10–15 years of experience in software architecture, hands-on expertise in AI/ML, and strong leadership skills, you will have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, globally focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 1. AI/ML Strategy and Implementation  Define the AI/ML strategy for LeadX 360 Pragma, aligning with the overall business goals and product vision.  Identify opportunities within LeadX 360 Pragma to integrate AI/ML technologies to enhance features, improve user experience, and drive product value.  Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms to enable data-driven functionalities.  Establish best practices and frameworks for data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring. 2. Technical Expertise and Hands-on Leadership  Utilize deep expertise in AI/ML, ReactJS, NodeJS, and MySQL to design, implement, and optimize application features and architecture.  Conduct hands-on development to create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-grade solutions.  Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of AI-driven features within the LeadX 360 Pragma application.  Serve as a technical mentor to guide and upskill team members on AI/ML and software development best practices.

3. Cross-functional Coordination with all R&D teams – Internal and External Act as the primary technical liaison.  Facilitate regular communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and progress across teams.  Translate business requirements from the CEO into technical solutions, coordinate with CTO office to define roadmap, development plan, reviews and and actionable tasks for the development team.  Manage and resolve any technical challenges that arise due to cross- functional dependencies and ensure smooth project execution. 4. Data Architecture and Model Management  Design and oversee the architecture for data storage, retrieval, and processing to support AI-driven functionalities, with a focus on data security and privacy.  Define and manage data pipelines, including ETL processes, to ensure high- quality data input for AI/ML models.  Implement mechanisms for model monitoring, retraining, and version control to maintain performance and accuracy over time. 5. Research, Innovation, and Industry Alignment  Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially within the FinTech and SaaS domains.  Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to improve LeadX 360 Pragma's AI capabilities.  Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team by sharing insights and trends from the AI/ML ecosystem. 6. Performance, Optimization, and Quality Assurance  Conduct thorough code reviews and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and efficient resource usage.  Implement AI/ML model testing and validation practices, including A/B testing and performance benchmarking.  Establish quality assurance standards and practices to ensure the robust deployment of new AI-driven features without disrupting the user experience. 

Ideal Qualifications  Experience: 10-15 years in software architecture, with extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML and full-stack development (ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL).  Technical Skills: Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data engineering, cloud platforms, and web development.  Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.  Leadership: Proven track record in guiding and mentoring engineering teams, with the ability to balance technical excellence with practical delivery.
